All-in-One Machine CCC Certification: A Core Guide to Mandatory Compliance for Market Access

Author:中认联科 time:2026-04-17 Ctr:5

The China Compulsory Certification (CCC) is a mandatory product certification system in China, serving as the statutory access credential for electronic and electrical products to enter the domestic market. As a commonly used office electronic device integrating printing, copying, scanning and other functions, all-in-one machines are explicitly included in the CCC certification catalog. Completing compliant certification is the core prerequisite for the legal production and sales of such products.

The CCC certification for all-in-one machines focuses on two core dimensions: safety performance and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). The certification standards strictly comply with current national electronic and electrical safety specifications, with key tests covering basic safety indicators such as insulation protection, electric shock protection, heat resistance and flame retardancy. Meanwhile, special tests are conducted on electromagnetic radiation and electromagnetic interference (EMI) to prevent adverse impacts on surrounding electronic equipment and human health during operation, building a solid technical bottom line for product safety.

In terms of certification process, enterprises shall first submit an application to a qualified certification body and prepare relevant materials such as product technical documents and production process files. Then, they shall entrust a third-party testing laboratory to conduct full-item tests on prototype samples. After passing the tests, the certification body will verify the factory's quality assurance capability to check whether the production process and quality control system meet the requirements for sustained compliance. The CCC certificate will be issued only after all procedures are completed.

Obtaining the certificate is not the end of the certification process. Relevant enterprises must also comply with post-certification supervision and management requirements, accept regular factory sampling inspections and product reviews, ensure that mass-produced products are consistent with certified prototypes, and prohibit unauthorized design changes, production standard reduction and other violations.

All-in-one machines without CCC certification are prohibited from being sold, imported or put into use in the domestic market. Non-compliant products will face penalties such as removal from shelves and fines, and will also damage brand reputation. For manufacturers and distributors, completing the CCC certification for all-in-one machines in a standardized manner is not only a basic requirement to abide by market supervision regulations, but also an important measure to ensure product quality and enhance market competitiveness. Only by adhering to the compliance bottom line can all-in-one machines circulate smoothly in the market and effectively protect the use safety of end users.
