The September sea breeze has faded the summer heat, and the autumn scenery is at its finest — the perfect season for a group trip. To enrich employees' cultural life, relieve work pressure, and further strengthen team cohesion and collaborative spirit, the company organized all employees and their families to travel to Shuangyue Bay in Huizhou for a two-day team building activity themed "Gather Strength, Build Dreams for the Future".
At eight o'clock in the morning, the coach departed on schedule. The scenery outside the window gradually shifted from concrete cityscapes to green mountains, and the atmosphere inside the bus warmed up as we drew closer to our destination. As some say, the journey itself is the happiest part of a trip.
Tracing the Scenery at Mozishi Park: Encounter the Marvel of Coastal Rock Formations
Xunliao Bay has long been known as the "Heaven-given White Sand Embankment", and Mozishi Park is the most remarkable stretch along this coastline. Stepping up along the reefs, with deep blue sea beneath our feet, waves crashing against the rocks sent fine sprays into the air, and the salty sea breeze filled our sleeves. Everyone strolled along the coastline in small groups, pausing to take photos against the blue sky and clear sea. The fatigue from daily desk work quietly melted away in the autumn sea breeze.
Fun Beach Team Building: Forging Stronger Team Cohesion
After checking in and taking a short rest at the Dusit Thani Sandalwood Resort Shuangyue Bay in the afternoon, we welcomed the highlight of this team building — the beach team activities.
On the beach, fun competitions and team collaboration projects unfolded one after another, putting both tacit cooperation and team racing spirit to the test. Everyone had clear roles and helped each other: some charged ahead to take on heavy responsibilities, while others provided steady support in perfect coordination.
No one felt discouraged when losing, and everyone cheered together when winning — applause and cheers rose one after another. Colleagues who usually had little daily interaction got to know each other better, and barriers between departments were quietly broken through repeated side-by-side collaboration.
After dinner, people walked along the sea in twos and threes, chatting freely about life. The sense of belonging to the team quietly grew in the warm, lively atmosphere.
Leisurely Free Time: Unwinding in a Cozy Seaside Morning
The morning before check-out was all free time. The sun was brighter than the day before, and the breeze was gentler. Some walked all the way along the beach to the reef area, where small crabs and starfish hid in the tide pools after low tide; some stayed in the swimming pool for hours, with lines for the water slide winding round and round; and others didn't go anywhere at all — they just opened the balcony door in their room, lay in bed and gazed at the sea, completely relaxed and content.
Returning with United Strength, Ready for a New Start
Leisure time always flies by, and soon it was time to gather for the return trip. Everyone packed their bags and waved goodbye to the blue sea and warm sunshine, carrying the scent of the sea and a light heart.
This team building brought us not only beautiful scenery, but also the company of our partners: we let go of daily work fatigue on the shores of Mozishi, forged team rapport in the laughter of beach activities, and relaxed both body and mind in the free time at the hotel and beach.
Back at our posts, we will each fulfill our duties and work together to overcome challenges, turning the vitality, trust and cohesion gained from this trip into motivation for solid work. With fuller spirits and united strength, we will march forward to the next journey of ZRLK.
